By accessing and using the Atlet AI (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Our fitness application provides users with access to workout plans, exercise instructions, progress tracking, and AI-powered fitness coaching. The service is designed to help users achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs.

3. User Accounts

5. Subscription and Payments
Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as described in the Service
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
- No refunds for partial months of service
- Price changes with 30 days advance notice
Subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase
For subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase
- Cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Use.
